Acceptance of Terms By registering, depositing, or playing on PGPC (website or app), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. You must be 18 years or older and resident in India (excluding restricted states).

2. You must complete KYC verification (PAN/Aadhaar) before withdrawals.

1. One account per person. Multiple accounts will be closed and funds forfeited.

2. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

1. Minimum deposit: ₹100 | Maximum single withdrawal: ₹500,000

Withdrawals processed within 1–24 hours after KYC approval.

3. We reserve the right to request additional verification for large transactions.

1. All bonuses require wagering (usually 30x) before withdrawal.

2. Bonus abuse (including bonus hunting) will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

1. Tools available: deposit limits, cool-off periods, self-exclusion.

2. We may suspend accounts showing signs of problem gambling.

1. No use of VPNs, bots, or any software to manipulate results.

2. Fraud, collusion, or money laundering will lead to permanent ban and reporting to authorities.

1. PGPC is not liable for internet failures, device issues, or errors beyond our control.

2. Maximum liability limited to the amount in your account.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice if rules are violated.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration.
